Carol became enchanted by bed and breakfast inns while traveling through Europe during a summer break from college. Ironically, her first job was Director of Sales for a 5,000 acre resort located in Orange County, California -- where hospitality and real estate merged. The company invited Carol to participate in the sale of the acreage which was held by the club membership.

As the former Director of the Bed and Breakfast Division for Lodging
Property Brokers Inc. and sole sales agent for that division, she listed and sold bed and breakfast inns, resorts, and bed and breakfast hotels, exclusively. Carol’s specialty is lodging properties; however, her background has included subdivision sales, single family, and commercial real estate. Carol has been a licensed real estate agent for over fifteen years.

Carol’s professionalism, generosity of spirit, and knowledge of this very unique segment of real estate have made her a reliable resource in the lodging business.
