I first became involved in home sales as a principal in a major new home development company based in Los Angeles.  We had as many as eight subdivisions, in various stages of development ,at the same time.  I established the sales force for each tract and estimate that I supervised the sales of more than 15,000 homes.  The experience of being involved from acquisition of land, through the regulatory steps leading to development, construction, new home sales and re-sales, was invaluable.

My first real estate company employed over 110 full-time realtors and I am pleased to say that South Western Real Estate has matched its success.  Our offices specializes in both general and commercial real estate sales.  My passion is working with buyers and sellers and enjoying the pleasure that comes in meeting their real estate needs.
